One thing that I learned before I started my business is to be in control of all the affairs of my business if I wanted the business to grow the way that I want it to be. I believe that there is no one out there who is better than me in the management of the affairs of my business, that is why I will never outsource a call centre to offer some services to my business. I believe in hiring the services myself and working close to my service providers in order to ensure that they are doing the right thing at all times. Outsourcing denies a business owner the chance to take control of the services that they are outsourcing. If you outsource inbound call handling services for instance, you can not choose your call handlers but the call centre, which is not agreeable to me and many business people out there. In case the call handler that has been choose by the outsource call centre makes a mistake, it may cost you that client and this will be a loss to you and not to the call centre. It can be prevented if you choose a call handler yourself since you know your clients better and the right person to handle the calls. outsourcing call centre is good in so many aspects but they are not as important as retaining that single client, who can bring so many other clients to your business. Do not trade resting and an easy time with a client because you may lose so much thereafter especially if the client tells others how badly they were treated over the phone.
