Bring your baby or toddler to Baby Boot Camp, where mommies and daddies get to workout without having to find a sitter! Each 60-minute class offers a variety of safe strengthening and cardiovascular exercises to help with post-natal recovery. Watch out! Daddies will get pushed to workout and sweat too!

Q: What ages can participate?
A: Ages 15 and under need to be accompanied by adult. Other than that we train all ages that are cleared by their physicians! (Participants over the age of 63, need a clearance by their physician).
Q: What is a Fitness Challenge?
A: Boot Camp Hawaii?s Fitness Challenges are an all-in-one fitness and lifestyle change program! We know that motivation and accountability is key when it comes to changing your lifestyle and habits that are hard to break. When you sign up for a Fitness Challenge you can expect to challenge yourself to attend and participate in as much of the program as possible. Q: What is a typical Boot Camp class like?
A: Each class is 45-60 minutes long.
*5 ? 10 minutes body and training-specific warm up
*40 ? 45 minutes of Exercise Training: cardiovascular training, resistance and weight training, interval and anaerobic training, core strengthening, this block of time is fits the class description
*5 ? 10 minutes proper cool down and stretching
You will get 100% safe and professional instruction and coaching from BCH Certified Professional Fitness Trainers.
Q: What is a typical Baby Boot Camp class like?
A: If you are the mommy or daddy, expect to workout hard. These workouts are safe and designed to reshape and tone YOUR body, whether you had a baby 6-weeks ago or 3-years ago! Babies and toddlers remain in their strollers while you jump over cones, crawl on the grass and do push-ups, jump squat over and over, and sprint to the next tree and back! If your child needs your attention, you are free to leave the class to attend your child, but just know that what you put into this class is exactly what you?ll get out of it! The bottom line is that when you show up to Baby Boot Camp you are telling your son or daughter that making time for health and fitness is a big part of your family values.

A: These options are on sale until January 6, 2013 @ midnight.
Your 12-class pack expires 2 months from your first day of use. The 8-week Fitness Challenges expire June 29, 2013.
