Hey friends,
As I previously mentioned, we have received news that our very good friend and my most respected mentor, Don Neufeld, has been diagnosed with a very large inoperable tumor that is growing on the speech center of his brain. I am having a really hard time processing this news and the flurry of emotions that it brings up in me. ?Don is the most influential mentor and teacher that I have ever had. ?I respect him so deeply and the impact that he and his wife, Gwen, have had on me and my world view is tremendous. Don officiated at my wedding and has been wisest spiritual leader of my closest friends and YWAM community. The stupidest thing about this turn of events is that the tumor has effected Don?s ability to communicate. ?He can speak and write, it just seems that the tumor has screwed with his ability to get the correct word that is in his brain to his mouth. ?It is like he is functioning in some sort of sick and broken Windows Millennium Edition text autocorrect fail all the time.

The sickest irony of all of this is that Don is one of the most gifted communicators and teachers I have ever met and words are REALLY important to him. ?He has started chemo to try to stop the growth of the tumor but he will probably never be able to drive, or teach or read, or? ? ever again. Please join me in praying for a miracle.

You suck. I hope you get cancer right in YOUR stupid cancer brain so that way you are unable to think all of your stupid cancerous thoughts about giving people cancer. ?I hate you with the sphincter-ripping force of a thousand cancerous monkeys trying to claw their way into your cancerous butt to metastasize with each other like? well, ? horny cancerous monkeys. ?So there!
